Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Production Operations:

 Oversee the daily activities of production workers and ensure that production schedules are met.

 Monitor and manage the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

2. Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards:

 Enforce all safety regulations and ensure that the production process adheres to environmental and safety guidelines.

 Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly.

3. Quality Control:

 Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.

 Work closely with the quality control team to address any quality issues.

4. Team Management:

 Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

 Handle employee performance evaluations and address any disciplinary issues as necessary.

5. Process Improvement:

 Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

 Collaborate with the production manager to optimize production processes and equipment usage.

6. Inventory and Resource Management:

 Ensure that adequate raw materials are available for production and manage inventory levels.

 Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.

7. Reporting:

 Prepare and submit regular production reports to the Production Manager.

 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates on production metrics.

Qualifications:

�� Education: Diploma or Bachelor��s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

�� Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the chemical or pesticide industry.

�� Skills:

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent understanding of production processes and equipment.

 Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in chemical manufacturing.
