Position Overview: Seeking a meticulous Planning, Estimation, Budgeting, and Tendering Civil Engineer for our dynamic construction company. Responsibilities include project planning, cost estimation, budget management, and tendering for civil engineering projects. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Develop detailed project plans, aligning with stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate potential risks.

Cost Estimation:

Conduct comprehensive cost estimates, utilizing industry-standard software.

Analyze historical data and industry trends.

Budgeting:

Formulate and manage project budgets.

Monitor expenditures and forecast cash flow.

Tendering:

Lead the tendering process, evaluating submissions and negotiating contracts.

Provide support to project teams.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in project planning, cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering.

Familiarity with construction management software and cost estimation tools.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and knowledge of relevant regulations.
