Preparation of Project Schedule and its maintenance in accordance with actual project activities time, cost and effort parameters

Preparing of L2 Network/Bar Chart, BOM, & other Technical Documents as per client requirement.

Keeping track of Project Progress and prepare various project report for identifying the areas of obstructions which leads to slow progress of work

Implementing project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines and taking necessary steps to ensure completion within limits.

Efficient in managing multi-location project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure timely preparation, submission of sales invoice as well as its certification from client, expediting payment collection to achieve monthly budget.

To identify new cost reduction opportunities.

Preparing of BOQ Amendments.

Planning for procurement of items for new projects.
