REQUIREMENT FOR REPUTED COMPANY IN MALDIVES REQUIRED DESIGNATION -Planning Engineer

SALARY RANGE-$1000-1200/- FOOD AND ACCOMODATION COMPANY WILL PROVIDE

Scope of work:����

Must be thorough with primavera/MS Project. ����

Project scope understanding, Detail drawing readings, calculate quantities from IFC drawings.

Develop schedule based on project scope, contract requirements and available resources using primavera or MS Project.

Prepare/generate Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports using Primavera and MS Project and submission.

Analyses project data to find potential issues that could slow down the project.

Gathering data on the project site.

Develop Project budget in primavera/MS Project and cash flow based on plan progress of the project.

Developing economic models and engineering methods for projects, supervising all stages of work, and providing solutions.

Load resources in all tasks / activities, realign activities based on resource availability and project constraints.

Preparing Cash flow and tacking of schedule and cost.

Develop monthly invoices based on approved progress.

Present monthly progress in meeting.

Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings with Client and internal management.

Work closely with site managers and other engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.

Collaborating with other project professionals.������

Perform other tasks that may be required by Project Director.
