Ensure food is prepared in line with standard recipe. Product knowledge of all items on all current menus within areas worked. Date label all food as outlined in the kitchen operations handbook. Ensure food intended for display in public areas is displayed neatly and attractively and at the appropriate temperature according to hygiene and safety principles and procedures.
