Responsible for De-gutting of Pipelines and valves onboard.

Responsible for Planning & Execution of hydro testing of pipes.

Preparation of weekly schedule as per master schedule.

Optimum utilization of manpower and resources available.

Maintaining master list of pipeline & valve list.

Preparation of daily progress report.

Resolving queries raised by workshop regarding overhauling of valves.

Participation in weekly meeting with production & QA.

Ensuring proper safety measures at work as per safety norms.

Additional responsibility of preparing P & ID, Pipe sketch.
