Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in a hybrid role involving both clinic-based care and home physiotherapy sessions. In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services across multiple settings, ensuring patient convenience and care continuity. You will also support clinic operations and contribute to our collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clinic and home-based patients.

Deliver physiotherapy sessions at the clinic and visit patients at their homes, following safety and care protocols.

Apply diverse physiotherapy techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and electrotherapy as needed.

Monitor patient progress across both care settings and update treatment plans accordingly.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation using digital records for both clinic and home patients.

Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs.

Coordinate with clinic staff to manage appointments, schedules, and patient follow-ups.

Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing clinical training.

Ensure a positive patient experience by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.

Experience of 1 year preferred (freshers with strong clinical/Home exposure are welcome).

Current registration with the relevant physiotherapy council.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable with traveling for home visits within a specified radius.
