Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Assessment
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including history taking, postural analysis, and functional evaluations.
Identify the root cause of pain, dysfunction, or injury using clinical expertise and diagnostic tools.
Develop patient-specific goals and treatment plans based on assessment findings.
2. Treatment Planning and Execution
Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and advanced techniques.
Provide patient education on injury prevention, postural correction, and home exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
3. Specialized Services
Deliver advanced rehabilitation programs for post-operative care, neurological conditions, and sports injuries.
Provide therapeutic care for musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and chronic pain conditions.
Offer guidance on ergonomic modifications and workplace injury prevention.
4. Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide holistic care.
Participate in case discussions, workshops, and training sessions to enhance the clinic's service quality.
5. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress reports.
Prepare and submit reports to the clinic management as required.
6. Patient Care and Communication
Build strong patient relationships with a compassionate and professional attitude.
Address patient concerns and provide clear explanations of treatment plans.
Promote patient adherence to prescribed therapies for long-term recovery.
