Qualification- B Pharma, D pharma with Experience of 5 years /GNM

Work Experience – 3 Years.

Appointment- Contractual – One Year (Donor funded Project Recruitment)

Reporting officer/Supervisor – Project Coordinator

Responsibility as Pharmacist /Nursing Staff-

1. To dispense medicines to the patients as prescribed by the doctor

2. Ensure that the medicines issued to the patients are within the expiry date

3. Explain the dosage and the details of the medicines to the patients and their attendants clearly, ensuring, each time, that they have understood the medicines, dosages, side-effects, and other important parameters

4. Fully responsible for the medicine stock in office and the Van

5. To maintain the documents/registers related to medicine transactions

6. To maintain and update records of the medicines – stock and consumption

7. Ensure that Medicine Inventory module is always updated as per the Physical records

8. To prepare indent of medicines needed in consultation of doctor

9. To maintain the details up of the drugs dispensed- Medicines consumption report

10. To ensure that the FEFO- First Expiry First Out -principle is used meticulously while dispensing medicines to minimize, if not prevent, drug expiry

11. To support in registration of the beneficiaries and mobilization of the community
