As a Project Team Lead, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake

the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools.

Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software, applications, websites and

databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Developing and maintaining dynamic websites.

Organising projects.

Thorough understanding of relational database MySQL or similar technologies.

Excellent coding skill in required & supporting languages. (Php, Laravel, CI, React, MySQL,

Postgres) we are working with

Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle.

Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments.

Sending regular updates about project status.

Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and

delegate tasks to the appropriate team members.

Develop team schedules and assist in the successful on boarding and training of team

Member.

Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.
