As a Project Team Lead, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake

the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools.

• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software, applications, websites and

databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

• Developing and maintaining dynamic websites.

• Organising projects.

• Thorough understanding of relational database MySQL or similar technologies.

• Excellent coding skill in required & supporting languages. (Php, Laravel, CI, React, MySQL,

Postgres) we are working with

• Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle.

• Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments.

• Sending regular updates about project status.

• Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and

delegate tasks to the appropriate team members.

• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful on boarding and training of team

Member.

• Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.
