1. Candidate must have a Minimum of 2+ years of experience in PHP development.

2. Understanding of open source projects like WordPress, Drupal, osCommerce, etc

3. Core Competencies

a) Strong Logical and Analytical Skills

b) Strong Knowledge in PHP and MySql

c) Strong Knowledge about OOPs concept

d) RDBMS

4. Secondary Skills

a) Knowledge in Web Services (JSON/XML)

b) Knowledge in Benchmarking and SQL optimization

c) Knowledge with open source software

d) Knowledge in Payment Gateway

5. Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

6. Able to give inputs and ideas in project meetings.

7. Able to understand project requirements with minimum assistance.

8. Good understanding of performance tuning methods and techniques

9. Writes, analyzes, modifies, and reviews programs. This may include coding, testing,

debugging, and documenting various programs

10. Clear understanding of source control tool and their usage

Skills required:

1. Should be Proficient in:

a. Solid knowledge of PHP (Core PHP & Object Oriented PHP) and MySQL

is mandatory, knowledge of other languages considered a big advantage

b. HTML 5

c. CSS 3

d. JavaScript

e. jQuery

f. AJAX

2. Frameworks:

g. Yii 1 / Yii 2 (Preferred)

h. Laravel

i. Codeigniter

3. Should have Strong Knowledge in MVC Frameworks

4. Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc) and payment

gateway integration

5. Expectations

a. Strong Knowledge in PHP and MySQL.
