Responsibilities:

∙Analysis of website and application requirements.

∙Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.

∙Creating and implementing web-based products using PHP, MySQL, Ajax, and JavaScript. ∙

Identifying and fixing compatibility issues involving CSS, HTML, and scripting. ∙Testing and

troubleshooting application and code issues.

∙Exploring and assessing aspects relating to the system design process like web usability,

performance, database design and application features.

∙Updating and modifying application features to enhance performance.

Skills/Qualification Requirements:

∙Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.

∙Experienced in web development using tools like Angular JS, Typescript.

∙Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.

∙Strong knowledge of Ajax, jQuery, SQL/MySQL/ NoSQL.

∙Detailed understanding of database design and administration.

∙Proficient with code versioning tools like Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.

∙Knowledge of front-end technologies JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

∙Experience of working with APIs and MVC Frameworks.

∙Experience building or maintaining a CMS.

∙Understanding of CakePHP and PHPUnit.

∙Previous experience creating scalable applications.

∙Knowledge of Photoshop or any similar design tool is preferable.

∙Good communication skills, a knack for problem-solving and the ability to think critically. ∙

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
