Phone Banking Associate Job Description (BPO)
We are looking for an upbeat Phone Banking Associate to be responsible for contacting potential customers telephonically and informing them of our products and services. The Phone Banking Associate will use a directory of contact numbers to phone individuals and read a scripted sales pitch to them.
To be successful as a Phone Banking Associate you should have a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette. The ideal Phone Banking Associate will remain calm and professional under pressure and always treat clients with respect.
Phone Banking Associate Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients telephonically.
• Read the prepared script when pitching the company's products and services.
• Provide any information that the client requests.
• Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.
• Interacting with Customers on calls, in a professional and friendly manner.
• Performing customer service activities and initiatives across product segments. (Training will be provided)
• Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis.
• Should carry IDFC FIRST Bank values and display “Always You First” attitude in every interaction.
Phone Banking Associate Requirements:
• Fresher with any Graduation stream is eligible.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Professional tone.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• English and Hindi languages are Mandatory.
• Must have any of the following languages below.
• Tamil or Kannada or Bengali or Malayalam or Oriya.
