About the company:

Proactive Health360 is a health tech startup based in Gurgaon with Headquarters in Washington, . We are an online health platform which helps an individual to take charge of their health. We help them by:

- Consolidating & digitising their health records

- Do preventive health screening

- Provide Health risk assessment

We are looking for a Phlebotomist/Health care assistant to draw blood and other tissue or fluid from patients for testing and submit the sample to the lab for testing.

Note: Having Two wheeler is mandatory

Responsibilities and Duties

Job responsibilities:

- Collect Blood- Phlebotomists are required to go to patient's home or office to draw patient's blood.

- Transport Samples to Laboratories/Collection centre

The phlebotomists would transport blood samples to laboratories for testing and processing.
