- Collect and tag specimens exactly as outlined in each medical requisition

- Develop effective collection techniques as they relate to groups such as pediatric and

geriatric patients.

- Properly package each specimen and ensure that every specimen is delivered to the

laboratory on time or Handover to runner on the time.

- Maintain an organized and clean work area based on state health laws and the

guidelines of our medical organization

- Answer patient questions regarding collection techniques and offer additional resources

on the collection process if a patient requests them

- Must know about proper disposable of Biomedical Waste Management

- Should know about Pre-analytical error and how it’s prevent.

- Should know about Complication management

- Should Know about spill Management

- Able to collect both Method Close system(Vacutainer) and Open System(Syringe)

Eligibility Criteria/ Qualification:

Phlebotomist qualifications and skills

- Education, previous job experience, certifications and technical skills.

- Should also include soft skills and personality traits that you expect from a successful

candidate. While it may be tempting to include a long list of skills and requirements,

- CMLT/ / MLT /Phlebotomy Certify Diploma/Graduate 1-4 years Total

Experience (Blood / Urine Body Fluid)

- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills

- Soft Skill

- Grooming & Etiquette

- Communication skills (Verbal and non-verbal)

- Willingness to learn and adapt

- Strong Technical skills and an eye for detail
