1. the doctors when necessary
2. Preparation & issue of the bill against medicines and related items issued from pharmacy to the concerned patient/patient attendant in coordination with the nursing staff and doctor
3. Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper Greet and assist Patients, Clients, Visitors and Guests in the Unit
4. Review prescriptions to assure accuracy prior to dispensing of medicines in consultation with medication storage to patients as needed
5. Maintain proper documentation as per statutory and functional requirements
6. Indent pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, and drugs from central store; maintain stock, store and handle it properly, verify stock and assume responsibility in case of any variation
7. Continually keep a track of expiry status for the medicines in the pharmacy
8. Maintain quality results by following standard protocols
9. Protect the integrity of the Unit by keeping all related information confidential.
10. Submission of related MIS report to the Management on a daily basis
11. Any other responsibility entrusted by Management from time to time
