Job Description

1. Understand the prescription and medical terminologies.

2. Identification of all materials stored, materials handling, stock taking, stores accounting, packaging,

maintenance of stock records and inventory control

3. Visually inspect, accurately check the details of inward and outward orders & provide logistic support

in delivering the product

4. Proficient in storing and preserving the products on the racks and temperature-controlled products

into the cold storage

5. Reconcile the stock of products

6. Responsible for follow up of collection of outstanding payments from customers.

7. Responsible to comply to the monthly audits.

8. Highlight damaged goods immediately to the reporting manager

9. Co-ordinate with multiple internal and external stake holders (. sales representatives, doctors,

courier agencies, etc.)

10. Follow company process flow and guidelines

11. Prepare GRN, Maintain various books of records, registers, and files

12. Create & accurately validate sales, orders, invoices, delivery notes, etc.
