Responsibilities

Day to Day operations of the stores, including timely opening and closing, efficiency and profitability.

Supervising, and appraising staff.

Hiring and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts.

Marketing product displays, shelves, and the general appearance of the pharmacy.

Ordering required products.

Updating pharmacy incoming and returning records

Addressing customers' requests and complaints.

Handling customer complaints and feedback, and monitoring staff behaviour and attitude towards customers.
