Job Description

Education Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy and/or B. Pharmacy

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience with hospital background

Main Objective of the Role / Key responsibilities:

- Receiving indents.

- Dispatching medicine to inpatient.

- Attending out patient.

- Receiving Medicine from the supplier.

- Arranging medicine according to their storage condition.

- Purchase return of medicine due to their expiry date.

- Handling narcotic & keep record of it.

- Arranging non-available medicine from nearby chemist.

- Hand over cash to next on duty staff.

- Quarterly stocktaking

- Physical stock taking of medicine –quarterly

Knowledge and Specific Skills Required:

- Technical Skill . Good knowledge of medicine.

- Verbal Ability/Communication Skill

- Numerical Ability . to handle the Medicine as well as the cash.

Managerial and Behavioral competencies:

- Problem Solving/Decision Making

- Others: Alert, Active, and Punctual
