Saveo is a managed marketplace bringing primary & secondary medicine market together, offering faster delivery, cheaper procurement & better technology to pharmacies. It runs with an aim that no prescription shall bounce in India. Pharmacy in itself is a living organism having requirements at different fronts : acquisition of new customers, retaining customers, managing inventory, managing suppliers, finances etc.
The Indian pharmaceutical industry is highly fragmented with retailers and distributors, unlike the US where there are just 5 major distributors covering 93% of the market share. We aim to streamline this supply chain by being a single distribution point and empower these micro-entrepreneurs with technology and sustainability.
Role: Business Development Executive
Responsibilities Include
Responsible for generating sales from the designated area within your city
Generate and convert leads for new outlets in the given territory.
Visit outlets as per plan and generate orders. Responsible for primary sales.
Train the new retailers in using the Saveo app for placing orders.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain an effective communication channel between the customers and the company.
Communicate and successfully run schemes and promotions designed by the company.
Provide market feedback and assist in developing our market share in all product categories.
What we are looking for:
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably from a pharma sales background.
Should have Excellent communication skills.
Should have worked for at least 3 years in relevant market.
