Job Profile: STRATEGIC PHARMA EXECUTIVE
Full Time - Work from Office (3 months paid internship mandatory before job confirmation)

Note: For Full-time job offer, Candidates will have to do 3 months of paid internship, and then basis the performance, full-time job will be offered.
Key Qualifications:
• You have 0-2 years of experience and should have completed Graduation or Post Graduation in Pharma.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Understanding of medicines and highly convincing negotiating techniques.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PPT skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, specifically writing skills and, formal presentation skills to engineers, leadership team, non-technical partners, and customers.
Payment structure:
This is a pay-for-performance salary structure where 10K shall be fixed and Upward of 15K+ shall be payable in incentives. You will also be paid a performance-linked incentive.
• Performance based incentives shall only be applicable once the candidate has well performed during the 3 month of internship and shall be paid a total of Rs 10,000 during the internship.
• Employee can earn an upward of Rs. 25,000 with incentives with Fixed Pay of Rs. 10,000.
