We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Economics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Economics to senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12) and preparing students for board examinations and competitive entrance exams. The candidate should have a strong grasp of the subject, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning and Delivery:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the schools curriculum and CBSE/ICSE guidelines.

Utilize diverse instructional strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on both conceptual understanding and practical application.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.

Ensure discipline and adherence to the schools code of conduct within the classroom.

Monitor and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.

Student Mentorship:

Provide guidance and support to students regarding their academic and personal development.

Address individual learning needs and provide additional support to students as required.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.

Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance.

Maintain accurate records of student achievements and prepare progress reports.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Economics education.

Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions organized by the school.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching experience.
