GROOMING DEPARTMENT- GROOMER

1. Ensure protocol set for grooming department is followed at all times

2. Being completely responsible for the well being of the pet during

a. Grooming

3. Ensure to follow all appointments through software and record keeping of all as required.

4. Being aware about schemes and discounts going on currently

5. Reminding HK to use BUTOX for cleaning the floors after a tick case as required. Coordinating with HK for extra cleaning if required

6. Ensuring that each pet leaves the salon wearing a Cessna ribbon

7. Making sure that each client goes up for complementary check up

8. Interacting with clients and making them comfortable with leaving their pet in your charge.

9. Maintaining the standards and protocols of grooming always. Keeping pet service as priority and good client interaction as a habit.

10. Maintaining all grooming tools and equipment on a regular basis.

11. Coordinating and cooperating with the other grooming staff members

12. Planning the next day's work along with the rest of the team.
