- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify signs of pest infestation (., rodents, insects, termites).

- Apply integrated pest control methods, including chemical, biological, and mechanical treatments, to eradicate pests effectively.

- Develop and implement customized pest control programs for clients based on their specific needs and the type of pests involved.

- Educate customers about pest-related risks, prevention measures, and safe practices to reduce the likelihood of re-infestation.

- Keep detailed records of pest inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits for each client, including the types of chemicals or treatments used.

- Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of pesticides, chemicals, and equipment as per local, state, and federal regulations.

- Follow all safety protocols and ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn during treatments.

- Maintain pest control equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and comply with safety standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner.

- Respond promptly to emergency pest control requests, including severe infestations that may pose health risks to clients or their properties.

- Set up and monitor traps, baits, and other pest control devices to track pest activity and effectiveness.

- Gather customer feedback after pest control services and use it to improve service quality.

- Plan and manage daily schedules for pest control visits, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services.

- Work closely with the pest control team and supervisors to share knowledge and best practices for pest management.

- Maintain accurate inventory records of pest control products, chemicals, and equipment.
