Job Description

The Personal Trainer will design and deliver customized fitness programs, guide clients through effective workouts, and provide motivation to help them reach their goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, and a commitment to client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized fitness assessments and create tailored training plans.

Lead one-on-one or small group training sessions.

Ensure proper exercise form, safety, and provide client motivation.

Track client progress and adjust training plans as needed.

Foster positive client relationships to encourage ongoing engagement.

Assist with promoting and selling personal training services.

Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer (., ACE, NASM, ISSA).

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication and motivational skills.

Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
