we are Looking for a Responsible Personal Secretary Cum Personal Assistant to the Founder Organization to Provide Personalized Secretarial and Administrative Support in a Well-organized and Timely Manner. You Will Work On a One-to-one Basis On a Variety of Tasks Related to a Manager's Working Life and Communication.
responsibilities Include:
• screening Telephone Calls, Taking Messages and Responding to Queries.
• arranging of Documents.
• reading and Responding to Your Boss's Email.
• manage Diary and Schedule Meetings and Appointments.
• scheduling Appointments, Maintaining An Events Calendar, and Sending Reminders.
• make Travel Arrangements.
• produce Reports, Presentations and Briefs.
• devise and Maintain Office Filing System.
• ensure Efficient and Effective Administrative Information and Assistance

• must Be Fluent in English, Both in Speaking and Writing, Should Be Having Good Communication Skills.
