As a Personal Secretary/Office Admin Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the schedule and activities. This position is open for someone who has social media knowledge.
Responsibilities:
1) Efficiently manage and maintain the calendar of the scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2) Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
3) Conduct thorough research and gather information on various topics to assist in decision-making processes.
4) Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
5) Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistical arrangements and preparation of meeting materials.
6) Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7) Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing files and records.
8) Act as a liaison between the company and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels.
