conduct Board Meetings and General Meetings /maintenance of all the Secretarial Records/ Statutory Registers

attend Meetings Along with Md and Document Track Minutes of Meetings.

excellent Calendar Management Skills, Including the Coordination of Complex Blend of Assignments.

experience Scheduling Travel Arrangements.

support Experience in Mis/ Business Analysis.

communicate and Handle Incoming and Outgoing Electronic Communications.

be Responsible for Interaction with Both Internal and External Executives and Assistants, as Well as Consultants, to Coordinate a Variety of Complex Executive Meetings/ Assignments.

review and Summarize Miscellaneous Reports and Documents; Prepare Background Documents and Outgoing Mail as Necessary.

arrange Travel Schedule and Reservations for Executive Management as Needed.

strong Knowledge of Ms Office, Including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

experience Assisting Management with the Creation of Powerpoint Presentations.

beautiful Smart Soft Spoken and Fluent in English
