Young dynamic professional and presentable female candidate required to provide behind the scenes work in the office, as an assistant cum secretary to the director.
The tasks shall include organizing files, preparing documents, managing office supply inventory and scheduling appointments. The candidate shall be required to facilitate communications within the office and field interactions with the public and business clients and to assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. Further the candidate shall be required to assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. Proficiency in English language and adequate computer knowledge is a must.
To sum up the desired female candidate shall be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s work force. Apart from above additional duties will include answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings and providing personalized support and guidance for other employees in the office.
