Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Personal Secretary to help us keep growing. The person will be responsible to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Company's President's working life and communication. President is in USA. 5 years+ prior experience required.

Responsibilities:

¢ Record notes and messages for the President.

¢ Acting as the point of contact between the President and clients (Clients are based in USA)

¢ Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence

¢ Handling requests and queries appropriately

¢ Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences for the President.

¢ Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the President.

¢ Making online purchases for the President.

¢ Monitoring & managing the calendar and appointment schedule of the President.

¢ Read and write correspondence in mail or email form

Qualifications:

¢ Candidate has to be a Graduate, PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

¢ Proven experience working as a personal assistant required

¢ Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications

¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

¢ Awareness of American work culture and interpersonal skills

¢ American accent is expected but ability to learn

¢ Strong customer service and social skills

¢ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

¢ Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion

¢ Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results

Location: Hyderabad, India

Timing: 8 AM - 6 PM EST (5:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

Salary: Based on experience.
