Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs and taking care of official and personal needs..

In charge of all Purchasing and procurement.

Organize daily incoming correspondence, make a preliminary assessment and handle/respond as appropriate.

Maintain all employee files and handle telephone calls as per Company standards and take messages and prioritize where necessary.

Establish and maintain various filing/records/database of business contacts, trace pending items, and follow up as appropriate.

Arrange for various meetings, and take minutes, including the board of directors meetings, as well as any management meeting as they arise.
