Key Responsibilities:
Personal Support:
1. Manage daily schedules and appointments
2. Organize personal travel, including bookings for flights, accommodations and itineraries.

Administrative Support:

Event Management:
1. Plan and execute personal and family events, including celebrations, holidays and gatherings.
2. Liaise with event vendors and service providers to ensure seamless executions.
Communication Management
1. Act as a point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.
2. Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
Confidentiality and Discretion
1. Handle all personal and professional matters with the highest level of confidentiality

Qualification
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience into related field.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
