Personal Secretary (5-8 Years) (Only Females)

Job Description

1. Efficiently manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

2. Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Also have to travel across the country and abroad.

3. Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize the executive's time.

4. Draft and prepare emails, reports, and other documents as needed.

5. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Director.

6. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical arrangements and preparation of materials.

7. Attend meetings with MD, Notes minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.

8. Maintain and organize confidential information and documents with a high degree of ge filing systems and databases to facilitate easy access to important information.

9. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, and coordinating with staff.

10. Travellng with MD and team for meeting purposes

11. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Director. Conduct research and prepare presentations as required.
