Key Responsibilities: Acting as a First Point of Contact. Dealing with Correspondence and Phone Calls. managing Diaries and Organizing Meetings and Appointments, Often Controlling Access to the manager/executive. Booking and Arranging Travel, Transport and Accommodation. Planning, Organizing Events/ Meetings, and Conferences. Reminding the Manager/executive of Important Tasks and Deadlines. Taking Action Points and Writing Minutes. Typing, Compiling and Preparing Reports, Presentations and correspondence. Reading, Monitoring and Responding to the Manager's Email. Preliminary Drafting of Correspondence On the Manager's Behalf. Maintaining a High Level of Confidentiality. Required Candidate Profile: Good Command Over English both Written & Verbal. Should have Good Command Over Ms Excel. Working Knowledge of PowerPoint. Ready to Travel Domestic and International Locations as needed.
