Looking for a Female Private Secretary for a senior professional to help him manage his time effectively and efficiently. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude and willing to work in unstructured environment. Candidate should be having innovative ideas and full of creativity and zeal.
Qualification minimum graduate, MBA preferred. Minimum 1 year of work experience. Flexibility to work from home (should be available on zoom) except when needed for external/ internal meetings. Key responsibilities include:
1. Research and Information Gathering: Conducting research and collating information as required for various projects involved or future projects
2. External communication/ meetings Should be able to draft good quality correspondence/ letters with external stakeholders, visit banks and vendors for day to day work (whenever needed - not regular).
3. Administrative tasks: Calendar and Scheduling Management, Managing emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication, Travel Arrangements, Keeping track of bills and making payments.
4. Team/ people management - oversight on work done by the team and tracking the same to closure.
5. Vendor management: Liaison with vendors and coordinating timely completion of work/ projects.
6. Others: All-rounder and go-getter approach to anything and everything including social media management.
