Schedule meetings and appointments with variety of business communities as per need of project
Acting as a first point of contact for dealing with businesses, government, vendors, social workers, politician and bureaucrats
Managing emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages to right department or highlighting special attention
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to CEO
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including travel and accommodation arrangements
Reminding CEO for important tasks and deadlines
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
Facilitate communication flow between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of special projects and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met
Organize and maintain relevant files, records, and databases to support decision-making processes
