Job Description

Job Title: Personal Secretary

*LLocation: Bangalore, India

Reports to: CEO

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various tasks, ensuring confidentiality, and facilitating smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Travel Management: Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Document Management: Maintain and organize critical documents, files, and records.

Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks for the CEO, including managing personal appointments and running errands.

Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff, clients, and stakeholders.

Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as required.

Expense Management: Track and report expenses, manage budgets, and process reimbursements.

Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.

Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

- Availability for occasional travel.
