We are looking for a Personal Secretary to assist CEO with Managing Business. The candidate must have:
Excellent command over English language.
Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Coordinate and organize meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle administrative tasks with discretion.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects and reports.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Manage HR and finance activities.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Pleasing personality.
Willing to travel on short notice.
