Job Summary:
A Personal Secretary provides comprehensive administrative and personal support to a high-level executive or individual. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
* Calendar Management: Manage a complex schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents.
* Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for business and personal trips.
* Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and social events.
* Financial Management: Manage expenses, reconcile statements, and oversee financial records.
* Research: Conduct research on various topics as required.
* Project Coordination: Assist with project management, including scheduling, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
* Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Confidential Information: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
* Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance as needed, such as running errands or managing household tasks.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role.
