Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal assistant/ office coordinator located in Delhi, India. As an Personal assistant/office coordinator, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Lawyers Offices. You will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material, managing schedules and appointments, and organizing office operations and procedures. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are vital to success.

Qualifications

Atleast a graduate

1+ years of experience in an administrative role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Tally

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners

Excellent organizational and time management skills
