Responsibilities:
Manage the executive team's calendars and schedule appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages
Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes
Conduct research and gather information as needed
Assist with personal tasks as requested
Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Discretion and confidentiality
