We seek a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support busy executives in their day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will manage schedules, arrange meetings, make travel arrangements, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure that the executive’s workload is streamlined and their time is optimized.
Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical
Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding where appropriate or forwarding to the executive
Conduct research and provide summaries of findings to the executive
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive
Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
