Any Graduate, Schooling must be in English Medium only

To take care of Top Management day to day Calendar, should have sound knowledge in sending mails / correspondence / coordination with Factory / Project Site /Client /Government Agency etc independently on behalf of Top Management.

Co-ordination and follow up with HOD / Staff Members at HO / Factory Project Site etc in relation to Compliances with Government Agency, Submission of documents, Returns etc with various agencies.

Involvement in Tender preparation, Vender registration along with Marketing department, gathering various documents, Certificates, Licenses for submission of online/offline Tenders and Vender Registration.

to safekeeping of all confidential file of the Company, proper filing of documents, making files for company property and other personal records of MD/Director etc on daily basis.

Well versed with Computer skills, Power point presentation.
