Job Description

 Reports directly to the Director’s.

 Organizes all their daily activities/meeting schedules.

 Arranges their travel and hotel bookings/itinerary.

 Manages their company e-mail while they are on tour / out of town.

 Follows up meetings/reminders for them.

 Coordinates activities/weekly reports of various departments within the company.

 Compiles, stores, and retrieves managerial data.

 Answers all telephone calls and transfers to people concerned within the company.

 Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the Reception Area.

 In charge of distributing incoming/outgoing fax messages, emails.

 Reports any deficiency occurring with the office equipment’s (fax machine, photocopier, telephone, internet) for proper action.

 Monitors daily attendance and ins and outs of every staff.

 Issue required form for leave / out-duty / travelling to staff.

 Any other tasks as assigned by the Administration Director / Executive Secretary.
