Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates office operations such as meetings, communications, events, and reports.

• Preparing and circulating Minutes of meetings as and when required.

• Managing vendors required for general office requirement.

• Doing research, collecting data and making reports whenever required.

• Organize and maintain files and records.

• Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment’s.

• Responsible for making arrangements of travel and accommodation.

• Should be Proficient in MS Office tools.

• Perform executive administrative tasks associated with supporting the Vice Chairperson/Director of the organisation.

• Coordinating workflow and maintaining a productive work environment.

• Excellent calendar management skills.
