Responsibilities:
• Greeting Visitors, screening telephone calls, taking messages and responding to queries
• Managing the senior management’s personal and business diaries
• Arranging domestic flights, transportation, and accommodation
• Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and interviews
• Keeping a track of all the meetings, conferences, etc of the senior management
• Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments
• Co-ordinating with the HR Team for organizing staff appreciation functions and other company events
• Assisting in setting up repairs/maintenance appointments for office equipment
• Reviewing and ordering office supplies
• Any other task assigned by the management
Candidate Skills:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Preferred a female candidate residing in Goa
• Self-motivated and should have the ability to multitask
• Good time management skills and organization skills
• Should have a pleasing personality with good communication skills
