We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized experienced personal assistant

to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management.

You will be responsible for communicating on-behalf of Executive to respective clients.

Responsibilities

--Acting as the point of contact between Executive and client.

--Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills

--Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

--Working knowledge of Computer Software such as Microsoft Office.

--Knowledge on Social Media websites like Facebook and Instagram

--Organizing & Maintaining Files and records

--Scheduling and Confirming online/telephonic appointments

--Handling Admission Enquiries and sorting mails

--Discretion and confidentiality
