Job Profile

Communicate with guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone. Creates and maintains reservation records-usually by date of arrival and promptly processes any cancellations and modifications. Additional duties may include preparing the list of expected arrivals for the front office.

Freshers can also apply who has strong Internet, Excel & word knowledge

Technical knowledge a person who can learn to operate a room booking software, Proper training will be given

Physically should be fit & have good sporting spirits. Must be friendly attitude. Willing to trave domestic Occasionally

Responsibilities and Duties

Attend calls from guests who are looking for holidays

Take care of complete travel arrangements of our guests

Plan offers and rates for hotels

Negotiate & contract Supplier & Hotels, with best desired margins, prices & deals

Prepare booking reports and travel vouchers

Do corporate sales.

sell Holiday Packages ,Homestay Bed & Breakfast and Hotel rooms

Researching both Domastic & International world wide travel & tour packages

Travel & explore new hotels resorts hotel Inventory aquasations / tieups

Requirements Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Must speak English.

Must have a passion to grow in travel industry

Excellent incentives will be given on sales

Must have a passion in travel / hospitality industry & love exploring and going places

Work Location : You can work from the comfort of your home or Multiple Office work Location's from time to time
