Job Summary:-
This is the position of the personal assistant, who will assist Mr. Akash Kushwaha for all his follow ups, schedule making, appointment control, maintaining documents and arranging meetings and taking progress reports from the support team and third parties.
Responsibilities and Duties –
to manage appointments
to make calls on data provided by marketing agency to introduce services to visitors –
to manage schedule –
to manage documents –
to track progress report
to take report from partners and vendors –
to take care of routine admin activities –
Handle requests and queries appropriately –
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
-Make travel arrangements –
Take dictation and minutes Should be open for travels for work assistance –
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/External clients
Availability of all information about organization / gathering
To make Project file preparation
Apply project
to make Ppt preparation
Minutes and meetings and keeping in documents
Pass the resolution
Finance department like ITR, GST Etc. apply and fill.
