• Manage Director's Mails, & calendars, coordinate/follow-up with the concerned individual, and set up meetings & appointments, etc.
• Daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports.
• Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
• Travel-related arrangements (International & Domestic)
• Read the E-Mail & reply appropriately as per Director’s instruction.
• Drafting letters, e-mails, agendas, minutes of meetings, etc, preparing MOM, and circulating the same to concerned departments, and clients.
• Providing direct support to the Senior Management team as required, particularly in meeting business planning targets.
• Candidate should be staying 30 minutes traveling time to the office location.
• Should have knowledge of shorthand.
• Should be well versed with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Calendar, etc.
• Preferably married female (having Kids) candidates.
